Gia Parrales is an Ecuadorian singer, songwriter, actress, and dancer, born to share her talent and vibrant energy with the world. From the very beginning of her artistic journey, she has drawn deep inspiration from pop music and the rich, rhythmic sounds of Latin America.

Now based in the Netherlands—far from her beloved Ecuador—Gia feels an even deeper connection to her roots. As the only Ecuadorian artist currently making music in the country, she proudly represents her culture with a powerful message: "If you can dream it, you can make it."

Gia began her professional music career alongside Peruvian producer Jhou Ramirez, releasing her debut single “Diferente” in collaboration with Caribbean artist Adi Musiq. In 2020, she followed up with “Cuando Te Vayas.” The following year, Gia embraced global influences, releasing “WASABI,” a track with Asian flair, and “CINTURA,” infused with exotic Arabic vibes, in collaboration with Dominican rapper Peso El Connect. She continued evolving her sound with “LA PARED,” a fresh and summery track featuring Colombian-Dutch artist JM Fuego. 

 

With “CONFÍA,” Gia brought a romantic reggaeton anthem to life—an ode to couples who still believe in love. Blending Spanish, English, and Dutch in her lyrics, she continues to bridge cultures through her music. In 2022, she released “EL VIAJE” with Andres Ochoa, a heartfelt tribute to their homeland. Her latest release, “COQUETEA,” featuring SATTIVO 9 from Curaçao, is a lively celebration of Latin American pride.
